- Applicant should be from any international developing country and should be a valid passport holder of that country. .
- Candidate should possess strong academic background throughout his/her academic career.
- Applicant should possess strong English skills and he/she should have attended any of the English proficiency courses. The grades for passing these fluency courses are mentioned on website which is different for IELTS and TOEFL.
- Applicant should be accepted for his higher studies of PhD of MS by any German university for grant of this scholarship.
